Consumer Mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Code de la consommation, Alpine Property is a member of a recognised consumer mediation scheme. In the event of an unresolved dispute, after first contacting our agency in writing, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to our appointed mediator.
