About Alpine Property

Alpine Property is the leading independent estate agency in the French Alps. Founded in 2006, we specialise in the sale of chalets, apartments and land across the Haute-Savoie and Savoie regions.

We believe buying a property in the Alps should be an exciting, transparent experience. Our job is to guide you through every step — from your first viewing to collecting the keys.

Our Story

What began as a small agency in Morzine has grown into a network of 16 agents spread across the most sought-after Alpine destinations. Our French, English, and Dutch partners bring a unique international perspective to the local market.

We hold a Carte Professionnelle (N° CPI 7401 2016 000 017 391) and we are proud members of the SNPI, France's leading federation of real-estate professionals.

    Anna Allen covers the Alpes du Léman and surrounding areas. She has lived and worked in Haute-Savoie since 1993, giving her a deep understanding of the region and extensive first-hand experience in purchasing and renovating traditional Savoyard property.

    Anne-Laure Amy joins Alpine Property in Saint-Gervais, Combloux and surrounding areas. She developed her experience in high-end and international real estate, notably in Saint-Barthélemy, and on chalet construction projects in the Mont-Blanc region.

    Max Bruneau, originally from Angers, is a passionate mountain biker and skier. Fully bilingual in French and English, he has international experience from Whistler, New Zealand and Japan.

    Shane works with Lexie in Samoëns. Hailing from Westport, Ireland, he moved to France in 1999 and brings chalet construction experience and proficient French language skills.

    Having always been drawn to the French language and culture, Manu returned to live in France with her family in 2011. She assists foreign residents with administrative integration and acts as a community liaison.

    Lexie is of British and Greek nationality with a background in sales and valuation of fine art and antiques. She offers advice on rentals and custom builds in the Samoëns area.
