Our Fees
Our Fee Structure
At Alpine Property, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to costs. Our fees are straightforward, competitive and clearly explained before you commit to anything.
All our fees are included in the advertised sale price. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges for buyers or sellers.
Seller Commission
Our commission is calculated as a percentage of the sale price and is included in the price displayed on our website. This is standard practice in France — the buyer pays the advertised price, and our commission is deducted before the seller receives the net amount.
| Sale Price | Commission Rate |
|---|---|
| €120,000 – €600,000 | 6% |
| Over €600,000 | 5% |
Specialist property categories have their own commission rates:
| Property Type | Commission Rate |
|---|---|
| Land | 8% |
| Commercial Premises | 10% |
| Chalets d’alpage (mountain alpine huts) | 10% |
