Local Knowledge
You live in or near one of our regions and know the area intimately — the villages, the ski domains, the local market and the lifestyle that attracts buyers to the Alps.
Languages
Fluency in French and English is essential. Additional languages — Dutch, German, Spanish — are a strong advantage given our international client base.
Professionalism
Real estate experience is valued but not required. What matters most is integrity, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people find their perfect Alpine property.
