The building is in an excellent condition, with the exterior having seen a face-lift in recent times, and offers private parking and a super aspect over-looking the surrounding mountainsides.

The studio itself, on the second floor of the residence, has been beautifully fitted out to make the perfect mountain bolt-hole winter or summer! There is space to hang coats in the entranceway, which leads through to the main living area with its modern kitchenette, equipped with a four-ring gas hob, microwave combi/oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is plenty of room in the spacious sitting area for the two sofas, that transform in an instant into two double beds, as well as very handy bespoke storage units.

The living room opens onto a small south-west-facing balcony with delightful views, perfect for contemplating the day ahead over the morning cuppa, or watching the sun go down after a day on the slopes.

On a practical note, the bathroom is modern and pretty, with a tiled floor, and the studio comes with extra storage in the form of a private ski locker and use of the communal cave. There is also a designated parking space.

All in all, the Studio Bellevue is a cosy base from which to explore the mountains at any time of the year, very well-situated for potential rentals, and a property that certainly lives up to its name!
