The ground floor features the original stables, kitchen, cellar and a living room with an old bathroom behind it. The next floor is a hayloft with a solid wooden structure (a mazot) built inside which will be removed.

The floor on one side has collapsed, otherwise the structure is sound. The footprint of the building is 100m2 and the height would easily allow for the creation of 3 floor levels.

The land is on either side of the property with the main road at its back and the small road servicing the hamlet in front. There is a water source on the land which runs constantly.
