The accommodation in the chalet maximises the available floor space and comprises:

Ground floor: double bedroom with window, shower room with sauna, walk-in shower and basin. Also on this level there is a single garage, utility room and storage space.

First floor: open plan living space including a lounge area with log burner, dining area, doors opening onto the terrace/balcony with beautiful views of Mont Charvin and the surrounding mountains. Steps down from the balcony give direct access large decked terrace and private garden. Also on the first floor is a semi-open, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and doors to a balcony.

The chalet is situated in the ski station of Praz sur Arly which is part of the Espace Diamant ski domain. Megève is 5km away and Geneva airport, 1hour15mins. The chalet has easy, year-round access, making it the ideal location for short breaks as well as longer holidays.
