Well, this is a taste of the mountains but with the convenience of a central location and some modern (but not too modern) facilities. When we went inside it reminded us of a mountain refuge. Lots of wood, cosy rooms and the warmth of a wood burning stove.
You will not find another habitable 3 bedroom chalet around Morzine and Montriond for this price. Simple, rustic and unsophisticated means you can have a 3 bedroom chalet in the centre of Montriond (and we mean the centre) for the cost of a 2 bedroom apartment.
The accommodation consists of:
Entrance door to: Large ski/boot room with plenty of storage and washing machine, door to hallway leading to, double bedroom, Shower room, W/C, Childrens bedroom with 4 bunk beds (not full adult size). From Entrance Hall stairs to: Kitchen - oven with hob, dining Area - seating for 4/6, Log Burner, lounge area, balcony, double bedroom, bathroom with WC.
There is free municipal parking locally (50m) but not a specific place for the chalet.
