It has mains gas for heating and hot water, is a stone’s throw from the ski bus stop which accesses the main lift and village, and is a pleasant 15 minute walk into the village or a 2 minute drive. It is ideally situated a few minutes’ drive from 2 main ski lifts and is only a 10 minute drive from the high altitude resort of Flaine. There are many marked walks close by with stunning views to enjoy.

The chalet comprises, in the original mazot section, the entrance with space for storing skis etc, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and stairs to the main bedroom with storage space; in the 2nd section, a dining area with double doors out onto the side patio with stone table, bathroom and services area and stairs leading to a 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine, and in the 3rd section, a lounge with mezzanine with 3rd sleeping area, and doors onto the back terrace. It has space for parking 2 cars alongside. Permission had previously been granted to make a carport with storage room in this space.
