Ferme Sapin dates back to 1911 and has been renovated to create two apartments: one on the ground floor with a floor area of approx. 100m2 and one on the first floor with a floor area of approx. 50m2. There is also an, as yet, undeveloped barn area on the first floor of the building which could be renovated to provide further accommodation. In the garden, there is an authentic mazot (traditional outside storage building) which could also be developed and which is already connected to water and electricity.

The farm is on three levels as follows:

Lower ground floor / garden level: laundry, utility room and cellar.

Ground floor: main apartment with lots of character features, including wooden flooring, living room and kitchen/dining room separated by a double facing open fireplace, large windows opening onto a beautiful wooden decked terrace, bedroom with doors opening onto a second terrace, a corner study area, shower room, entrance hall, cellar room.

First floor: independent apartment of 50m2 with a wrap-around balcony, bedroom with storage cupboards, shower room, fitted kitchen, living room with log burner. This level also has also been carefully designed to allow plenty of window light whilst retaining the charm and authenticity of the original building.

The farm is equipped with a solar heating system, radiators, under floor heating, electricity and water from a private spring. The farm is accessed via a lane which is accessible by car in the summer and by 4x4 in the winter. The snow is cleared by the local commune.

The farm sits in a peaceful location with stunning views of the Beaufortain. It has 20000m2 of land which includes mature fruit, chestnut and hazelnut trees.
