This lovely chalet is only 5 years old. Built by Denis Barbier and very well finished internally it is situated on an open plot with fantastic views. The south facing side of the Samoëns valley is generally more popular than the opposite side - it's all down to the sun. It's much warmer on this side. This does mean you are further from the skiing but then it's a choice, sun or doorstep skiing. It's almost impossible to have both.

This chalet was built on a "lotissement" of about 6 chalets. This means all the services and access road are recently built and in good condition. It looks like each chalet was built by a different builder too. Thus the "estate" feel is reduced.

This layout of this chalet consists of:

Lower ground floor: Apartment Entrance, studio apartment with access onto a terrace - this could easily be used as a 6th bedroom if required, separate WC, double bedroom (1), double bedroom (2), bathroom, cave fitted out with laundry equipment.

Upper ground floor: Main entrance, hall, kitchen, open plan dining and living area with wood fire, access onto a large balcony, shower room, double bedroom (3) with terrace access.

First floor: Double bedroom (4) with large ensuite bathroom and balcony access, double bedroom (5), with large ensuite bathroom and balcony access.
