Chalet Marmotte is a demi-chalet, built in the style of a traditional alpine farmhouse. The property has stunning views and is situated facing the Aouille de Criou (2227m) in the small hamlet of L'Etelley, with the walks by the river less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The chalet is ideally placed for access to skiing in the Grand Massif as it offers a choice of access points, being just 1km from the ski lift at Vercland , 1km from Morillon telecabine and 2km from the Grand Massif express telecabine at Samoens. There is free parking at all telecabines.

The accommodation in the chalet consists of:

Ground floor: Garage and carport, cave, hall, utility room, bedroom (1) with ensuite bathroom, sink and WC, this rooms overlooks the garden, bunk room (2) with dual access from the bathroom (thus making a family suite) or from the utility.

First floor: Cloakroom, landing which opens on to a double height living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen fitted with a large fridge freezer, hob, oven, extractor and dishwasher. The living room has sliding doors (and electronic shutters) opening onto the balcony that has beautiful views, the dining room opens onto the garden, bedroom (3) with ensuite bathroom, WC with washbasin.

Second floor: Bedroom (4), bedroom (5) with balcony access, large separate bathroom with sink and WC.

All of the bathrooms are also fitted with showers.

The chalet has underfloor heating, radiators in all rooms and electric hot water tanks. It is also fitted with a chimney for a fire, if required. The property is connected to mains drains and occupies a plot of land of approx. 600m².
