Apartment 4 (80 m²) : 2 double bedrooms, large dining room, living room, separate kitchen + "semi pro" kitchen, 1 large bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, suitable for up to 8 guests, rental rates from 300 to 590 euros per week.

Each apartment has a TV and DVD, fridge, toaster, ironing board, coffee machine, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, cooking plates, etc. The property also offers a large number of off-street car parking spaces.

The owner's apartment comprises a separate kitchen with terrace and 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and WC.

Saint Gervais is naturally very popular in Winter for its excellent skiing, which is linked to Megève, but also in Summer due to a large amount of climbers and mountaineers electing it as their base for going up Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. There is no question that current rental rates are fairly low by international standards and there would be significant upside potential in revenues with only minor improvements to the property.
