This village holiday resort enjoys a privileged position between the ski resorts of Les Gets (9km) and Morzine (3km), both of which have excellent skiing, shopping and other leisure amenities. This peaceful village enjoys great views, a sunny aspect, quiet roads, a restaurant and many beautiful hikes in the summertime.

There is a ski bus to the Morzine only 150 meters walk away; this bus also runs in the summer.

The Octavia apartment development consists of 8 apartments. 7 almost identical apartments of about 60 m² that are described elsewhere on this website and the 8th apartment "the penthouse", with 95 m² of living space and will consist of:
