A spiral staircase in the games room takes you upstairs to the main living area.

The formal entrance, also on the east, is located up a set of external stairs on the first floor. Welcomed by an impressive open plan living area there are double height ceilings and expansive views over the delightful Giffre valley. The authentic open fireplace, bar and dining area flow into a sociable sitting room that access two balconies – the larger of which houses a hot tub. There is a large separate kitchen off the dining area. On the south side, is a family suite containing two bedrooms and a shared family bathroom plus an ensuite double bedroom. All of the chalet’s bedrooms enjoy beautiful beams, views and a private balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with a bath and a separate rain shower.
The top floor has a mezzanine landing with cosy snug perfect for kids and the remaining sleeping quarters. This includes two further ensuite double bedrooms to the south plus another family suite made up of two bedrooms and family bathroom on the north.

The private apartment, located on the ground floor, has independent access from the south as well as internal access to the main chalet via the ski/boot room. The apartment is composed of an open plan kitchen and living room, walk in storage, family bathroom, double bedroom and second bedroom that is currently used as an office.
